
Comedy in 2 Acts
“French Dressing” is a typical Boulevard comedy. The author of the play, Marc Camoletti entered the Guinness World Records as the playwright of the most frequently staged French production. Jacqueline, Bernard’s wife, is going to visit her mother; Bernard is waiting for Suzanne, his mistress. Suzanne is having a birthday and Bernard has hired a professional cook, Suzette, to prepare a special dinner. However, Jacqueline stays home, as Robert arrives. Robert is Bernard’s best friend and Jacqueline’s lover… At the end of the performance Georges will appear… Lost, are you? Come and see us and we will do our best to explain.
