“God of Carnage” at the Comedy Theatre Festival
The 9th annual Comedy Theatre Festival will be held at the Giga Lortkipanidze Professional State Drama Theatre in Rustavi. As part of the festival, on November 15, Iliauni Theatre will visit the Rustavi stage with its long-running production of “God of Carnage.”
The Comedy Theatre Festival will take place from November 10 to 27, featuring performances from nearly every major Georgian theatre.
“God of Carnage” has been part of Iliauni Theatre’s repertoire for 10 years and remains one of the audience’s favorite comedies. Directed by Davit Chabashvili, the play stars well-known actors Giorgi Bakhutashvili, Maia Khornaua, Nata Berejiani, and Gaga Shishinashvili in the four lead roles.
